Blanchard Survey Points to the Cultural Impact of AI

"The biggest challenges organizations face with AI aren’t purely technical—they're cultural," says Blanchard researcher Leah Clark.

A new Blanchard survey of 600 leaders and individual contributors found issues of perceived trust, leader credibility, and organizational norms are most top-of-mind. Organizations are moving quickly to embrace AI, but many are paying far less attention to how AI is changing the human experience of work.

"And the more powerful the technology becomes, the more important uniquely human skills—like judgment—will be," says Clark.

The survey revealed five insights leaders should be paying attention to.
